Amy is the best bartender. A very kind woman that remembers exactly what I like everything i come in. Great customer service

This is the restaurant attached to the Palmdale holiday inn. Since the restaurant takes the drink, dinner and breakfast coupons from the hotel guests, it is a convenient & economical place to eat if you are a hotel guest. The food is good but not great. If are not a hotel guest (without a guest coupon) then they are way more expensive than other near by alternative. So if you are a guest of the HI-4 stars, in not then only - 3 stars

The food was fine. No problem there. The service however...not so much. It seemed to be better if you were a older gentleman though. A whole table of men were able to order, be served drinks, order food, flirt, and get their food before the waitress even asked me if I wanted anything. And she had to walk by be each time to help the gents. I know I've got a laptop with me, because I'm traveling on business and this place is inside the hotel...it doesn't mean I don't want to eat. I would have stayed upstairs if that were the case. This may not be a daily occurrence, it may have been just a bad day to come. But to sit for an hour and only get a menu and still have to wait longer to place the order...not acceptable.
*edit* it was a total TWO hours before I got out of there with my SOUP. And no, I wasn't a jerk, I still tipped, just not a generously as I usually do.

I am a IHG Platinum member, so I stay in many Holiday Inn properties. Breakfast was ok. The eggs were real, but cold and very few. The staff is friendly, but more interested in personal conversations than the guests. Staff needs to stay out front where guests are, not in back, I saw four employees, all were in back. Better mgt needed here.

If you're staying in the hotel, go elsewhere.  If you're not staying in the hotel, go elsewhere.  The service is terrible. I ate there twice and had crap service both times. Plus it's on the pricey side. Food is ok, but not worth the price or wait from the incompetent wait staff.
